It's probably a Windows 10 compatibility issue. I have the CD but I doubt there's much difference. Maybe someone could track down a copy from a CD rom site and see if they can install it that way? Virtual machines, maybe? maybe a patch needs to be in order? i'm not sure. All you can do is play the intro for it from the folder it's in. I've tried running in compatiblity mode, and none of the setting work.
